Pros

- It’s a fantastic environment for data professionals—there’s an abundance of data and plenty of data-driven tasks to dive into. - You’ll get to work on a wide variety of projects, so if you dislike repetitive tasks, you’ll never get bored here. - You’re encouraged to take ownership of projects, and the team is relatively open to giving opportunities to anyone who shows interest. - The data team has a strong culture of supporting one another, even though everyone is busy—which is what I love most.

Cons

- The overall pace is hectic. A lot of work can land on your plate with tight deadlines, so you’ll need strong prioritization skills, efficient work management, and the ability to improve your proficiency quickly. - If you prefer clear-cut boundaries regarding responsibilities and tasks, the data team might not be the best fit for you.

Pros

Good people-oriented, very good benefits above and beyond the law-required ones.

Cons

When the upper management changed, the whole organization changed, and it kept happening. New positions, new teams, previous positions getting removed, it all felt disorganized and unstable.

Pros

Verato's software solutions are best in class, there is no doubt. Additionally, the culture here is very much one that revolves around collaboration, so while expectations can be high there are always people from your team and others that are willing to help us all meet those expectations.

Cons

Verato has done alot of work to expand from a point identity matching solution to a broader and more capable hMDM platform. There can be some growing pains from transitions like these but the market and the internal company resources both feel like they are aligning to the new look Verato, and it is an exciting time to be at the company.
