Pros

Good product that actually works (not vaporware) with a solid roadmap. Incredibly dedicated to customer success. Very talented and experienced teams throughout the company. Solid financials, excellent growth potential. Great ideas, innovations, and prospects.

Cons

Fluid long-term strategy, direction changes every other quarter to embrace the next thing. Focus on hiring "thinkers" over "doers" = paralyzed decisionmaking and an inability to execute. Teams don't work together, completely siloed company with poor cross-function communication. Virtually no company culture or commitment to values beyond the customer. Very cliquey atmosphere; you're either in the core group or you're not. Poor treatment of contractors. Mediocre benefits. Poor morale made worse by punitive environment. Expect to see public dressing-downs at higher-level meetings. PTO only limited by your own guilt for taking time when everyone's overworked/understaffed.

Pros

Yearly trip to DC for company all hands (every year, same event to the dot.) Yearly pininc trip (every year, same event to the dot.) Free beer on-site only

Cons

Company will change internal policies every year as well as bonuses and benefits. Usually for the worst. Weird company culture, half feels like a cult. ALL IN!! Terrible HR They're only enforcing on-site employment in Mexico but not in the US. Very bad compensation adjustments
