Pros

- Clear mission with award-winning products/solutions. - Company has an unrelenting passion for customer success and the different departments (CX, Sales, Product, Marketing, etc) work together to ensure our customers get value and are successful. It's a breath of fresh air to work in an organization that truly cares about customers. - A lot of diversity and I feel that as a minority my voice is heard. - Startup in hypergrowth phase where you have a lot of opportunities for growth and career advancement.

Cons

Not a con for me, but if you join, keep in mind this is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, not everything is figured out since it is a start-up. You also need to be a quick learner and highly collaborative to deliver value to customers at speed.

Pros

Great technology. Great culture. Growing quickly with strong investment backing and a very unique position in the market. Fun place to work with passionate and smart people. Lunch and learns, happy hours, good benefits, good vacation policy.

Cons

Would be nice to have more work from home days.

Great company, even greater people

Pros

It's an amazing technology company with an amazing product that solves real world problems around identity resolution and matching. Most importantly, people are fun to work with, and they are always there to help you. It's a startup, so you get plenty of opportunities to make changes and leave your impact. Management is transparent and listens to its employees. You can walk into the CEO's office and share ideas/concerns. There is no bureaucracy; if you have a good idea it will be implemented right away.

Cons

At times, workload could be high, but that is something one would expect in a growing startup. I would rather work for a startup with an increasing customer base than for one which is "still figuring it out".
