Pros

You get a lot of hours if you ask for it and if you have open availability. Sometimes though, not all the time. Supervisors are pretty supportive. Scheduling might try their best to accommodate to your needs, not all the time though.

Cons

You have to travel over 15 miles if you don’t give them a preferred travel distance. They’ll change you from cases really often. Raises are 1 dollar every time you complete a 10 tier checklist of programs you conduct with your clients and only times you can complete those are when supervisors visit you. Breaks are not paid and we get breaks every time the school goes on vacation. Some cases are rough, depending on the kid.
