Able to gain lots of valuable industry knowledge, opportunities to travel, great products, growing company, good benefits, hybrid schedule for most employees
Cons
Serious lack of organization, outdated CRM and quoting system, pay is not competitive but expectations are high, some employees overstep boundaries, unrealistic budget increases, frugalness, your job duties will quickly go much beyond your job description.
