Pros

The company headquarters are based in Germany, so regardless of your position here the company regularly arranges for lots of travel.

Cons

It is several companies owned by one larger international corporation. Organization and time effeciency are a little poor at times.

Generally good benefits and conditions, moderate pay.

Cons

Company plays the usual corporate game of "you have the highest pay in your group, don't tell anyone.". Corporate talks well to promote itself but once there's a problem the gloves come right off in minutes. I call it " the Verder veneer."
