Extremely welcoming, willing to teach you ways to be successful among the company and t-mobile community. Flexible schedules, great management and decent work culture.

Cons

Annually 10,000 less a year in pay, in comparison to a T-mobile corporate store and a little more hands on work with inventory duties.

One of the pros of working for Verge Mobile is that the commission tiers are easy to hit and it is really easy to hit commission.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges I faced was having to deal with angry customers all the time. You have to really be patient for this job.
