Great commission pay-out, company from what I see is very inclusive. Sales driven, and high pace with new promotions and tools to help you succeed being available to you often.

Cons

Store management will make or break this job. If the manager works well and good at his job it makes that store better as a whole. so the major con with this company would be they appoint unqualified people to management positions.

Pros

Opportunities for growth are the best. They're promoting constantly within the company. Very rewarding for long hours and and hard work.

Cons

Upper management have very high expectations and company changes their focuses rather quickly. You're constantly being watched for "opportunities" to do better. They also move sales representatives and managers around from store to store every 3-4 months.

Pros

Rapid career growth, promotions are given consistently based on performance. Health & Vision Benefits. Constant incentives outside of commission or wages. No cap on commission, lenient on scheduling and overall solid company to work for.

Cons

It's Retail Sales, set your expectations for the duties that come with the job. Long shifts are common along having to stay after scheduled time in order to fulfill customer's needs. Competition is aggressive and sales goals can be overwhelming, but at the end, the rewards are worth the effort.
