HR is terrible, management is god awful, company leadership has no idea what its doing, and the pay is absolute trash

They ask you to commit fraud in order to help the manager get paid and of course the company as well. They use “generic social security” meaning fake socials to open up accounts. They add extra stuff into customers account without them knowing until they get a high bill. Manager sucks no one respects him. He does not know how to schedule the employees and always has the same openers and closers even though others ask to get rotating shifts. Employees take longer lunch than they should. To top it off some employees smoke a blunt on the clock with managers acknowledgement and not saying anything. This is just an unprofessional company overall. I emailed hr about everything going on and they didn’t do anything about it. Never got back to me. My last payment was direct deposit and never provided a pay statement to see what I got paid for.
