Really easy to get a job..

Cons

You never know how much you will get paid. Commissions are never correct and basically you don't get paid as they tell you and show in their presentations. Their commission structure is just a gimmick. You find it when you finally start getting commissions in about 2-3 months.

The commissions structure is not a Gimmick. People who perform well, make very good money here. It is true that low performers will not like the compensation plan, however moderate to high performers make more here than corporate. Also, we have a system where when you enter your sales, it tells you what you generated. However, if employees do not enter their sales, then you are correct...they can not track their pay and will not know the amount until the paycheck comes in.
