Company expects much from its employees with not much pay and organization is not there

Pros

Bosses are nice, medical benefits but very high deductible, good hours and paid holidays

Cons

Medical benefits with very high deductible, only 1 week of vacation that has to be accrued with no sick or personal days, high turnover, and not much career advancement

I'm glad to see you feel leadership is good, so that's a positive. Sorry you feel that the benefits are not up to par. Looking at this post date, there have been several enhancements to the PTO policy, as well as compensation changes. For instance, PTO is now 2 weeks. Also, turnover is below 26% which is fantastic in the retail industry and we have doubled the amount of locations. We are in major expansion mode, so hopefully you see the growth opportunities. As always, feel free to either send your thoughts to your leadership, or use the intranet “Voice It!” and remember that this is a method to provide anonymous feedback.

Fun environment and friendly employees Good compensation for good performers Recognition for high performance Owners are ethical and down to earth

Cons

I don't have bad things to say about the company. They are a growing company and because of that you have to be someone that can handle change.

I really liked the people I worked with. Also, the company had contests and extra bonus and stuff to win. I won a Samung Galaxy S 4 and a $100 gift card

Cons

Sometime the computers are really slow and the printers stop working.
