      Commission based job and always room to move up within the company

      Cons

      Not a very good work life balance. Too much is expected of you for the pay that you receive. You can work like a slave and still get no appreciation. Some current management above store managers are extremely childish and like to gossip a lot.

      Small company and one can learn to grow in the wireless business. Room for advancement if one was to not go corporate route.

      Cons

      Life work balance really depends on who is your manager.

      Thanks for your feedback and I agree, this is a great place to grow! There have been several promotions recently and will continue to be many more as we expand. We doubled in size in 2014 to 48 location, soon to be 70! So opportunities are there for sure! Thank you for being part of the team!
