comission based, however much you put in, you will get a result. Sometimes the amount of work needed to make a decent paycheck exceeds the benefit. if you are in management, you get decent pay

Cons

work life balance is not there they make you buy into their culture, but it's not consistent. upper management does not understand day to day interactions people sometimes do not want to purchase, and as sales people we are expected to harass them until they feel uncomfortable.

It was a pleasure to meet quality people while working as a T-Mobile Mobile Expert in Verge.

Cons

Verge Mobile discriminates against servicemembers and management did not even believe that I was part of the military. I was laid off after coming back from a month-long deployment, while I informed the management and HR 2 months prior to leaving.
