Potentially can make lots of money if you are perfect and your team is perfect otherwise it is a waste of time.

Cons

Potentially make 0 money at all. More people making 0 than actually making money. High quotas that are impossible to hit. Management talks down to employees a lot. Refer to people with opportunity as bottom 20% that need to be shaken off.
