Pros
Lots of hours Friendly staff Meet tons of people have good benefits
Cons
They dont really care about the reps so much, and there always changing the commission structure sometimes even mid month but more than once a month. They move you around stores as if everyone can work away from home and drive far, the hourly isn't that high and they claim you'll make good commissions but it depends on which store your at. They don't seem to keep people longer than 4 years once there in management, not a good place if your wanting a career, also you only get two uniforms and one namebadge you have to pay your own money for more.
