I wish I could find one.

Cons

Sudden closure of locations with little notice or regard for employee's careers. Promise of severance pay, only to then force employees to come in after being laid off to tear down the store while still holding severance pay hostage. lack of communication from upper management.

-discount on phone plan(NOT PHONES -can have some good months but relying on reps mainly

Cons

-low on staff so expect long hours maybe doubles -low hourly for all the mundane stuff you do around the store -low commissions(as low as a couple bucks per phone)

Cons

things rarely go smoothly and the fact is working for any mobile phone franchise, if you’re working in a retail store you’re just a pawn in a small game these wannabe big shot upper management types play and are expendable at any moment while they skim on supportive resources.
