Absolutely nothing, pay is horrible, company culture pushes you to perform fraud in order to meet goals and hit "KPI"

Cons

Everything. This company should be investigated for the amount of fraud that happens. Employees are pushed to deceive the consumer in order to meet metrics. They consistently rank in the top partners of T-mobile so that they can acquire more stores but it all comes at a cost to the consumer. This company looks the other way when you commit fraud. Opening an account of 100 fraudulent business lines leads you to upper management. I am looking forward on the investigation and Netflix series that comes out of here (similar to wells fargo).
