      Good people for co workers to be around.

      Cons

      They set goals so high your commission is unattainable. Your district managers encourage fraud just to make a buck. This company does not care about you unless you make them a lot of money otherwise you are garbage. Store manager steals time consistently leaving others to finish their tasks. Worst cell phone company I’ve ever ever worked for.

      Pros

      Commission structure is decent, has allowed me to grow as an individual, fun to socialize with customers and employees.

      Cons

      T-Mobile has always been a company that has struggled to keep its employees because they keep hiring anybody out of desperation. Management does not keep their end of the bargain and working here is just like being in high school. Many people quit due to the stress, which typically comes from management.
