Great teamwork environment Owners are engaged and so awesome, they really care about the people that work at Verge -- they come out and visit stores and talk to all employees Benefits are for ALL employees, not just full time-- which is awesome Lots of opportunities to learn and grow quickly Compensation - Base plus commissions(not capped)

Cons

Benefits are a little expensive and don't cover as much as I would like Communication sometimes comes from many different levels and it can get confusing Wish there was a 401k

I had a good store. Sales was pretty easy. Commission pay out was decent

Cons

Hourly pay SUCKS! Houston district doesn’t understand the golden triangle market so you’re left with unrealistic goals.
