The people you work with are great. I grew to consider them like family as well as the pay was pretty good

Cons

The management expects you to keep up selling regardless of what the customer truly wants as well as use any means necessary even lying to get the sale

Pros

Store staff were great. Depending on what store you work at you can make a good amount of money. Good first retail job.

Cons

DM was not helpful in creating great salesman. Gives you pressure and brings you down when you are not making your goals instead of helping. Brags about oneself, making workers feel unappreciated. Sometimes flexible with your schedule if you are in school. (Business needs first) Hourly pay is low. They sometimes like to pay you less than what you actually make in commission. (Always make sure how much you are supposed to get)
