- No Raises for Almost 2 1/2-3 Years (All Levels) When you ask why, they say sell more. - Teams are disgruntled due to upper management forcing specific tactics and goals that are unattainable. - Goals increase, but pay does not - Growth, only there if you can be a shady person. Preaching "Selling The Right Way" is not on anyone's mind. Just a push from T-Mobile to take the blame away.

Management does fraud. Michael Whitley is a fraud. Horrible pay, horrible Rsm. They recruit to fill spots not grow a business.
