My Home Away From Home

Verified First is just as the title describes - My home away from home. Everybody in the office has become family. We all genuinely care about one another. We are not just an employee. Our 'work' family stands together in full support of all things. We encourage each other to be our best not just in the office but outside of it as well. We come together and provide not just comfort and encouragement but dedication, motivation, a helping hand and so much more during challenging times. Verified First puts people first. They check in on you when you are out - having a baby, surgery, sick, funerals, etc. They enjoy hearing about vacations, time off, children's birthday parties, etc. The company culture is unlike any company I have not only been a part of but heard and seen. From Nerf wars to in-office massages, company outings to the movies. This family is so in tune with one another, but yet so diverse. There are quite a few different characteristics among us that make this home feel like exactly that - a home.
Cons
I have yet to find something about our company that I disagree with, dislike, or feels that it needs to change. This company is the picture perfect company to be a part of.
