Toxic Local Leadership: The most significant issue at this company is the toxic local leader (VP) who joined few months back in Bangalore. The leadership style is dictatorial, often belittling and micromanaging employees, leading to an unhealthy work atmosphere. High Turnover Rate: Due to the toxic environment, many employees are quickly leaving the company. This only adds to the workload for those left behind. No Opportunities for Growth: Under this local leadership, career progression is nearly impossible. Employees who voice concerns or suggest improvements are being ignored or outright discouraged.
