Precision health as a unified mission with a solid strategy of connecting previously disparate parts of the company. First class peers, opportunity to build from scratch. Leadership team started gelling well. Fast tempo.

Cons

Pre-IPO startup, some messiness expected. Really fast tempo.

Great Benefits since it is an Alphabet Company. Willing to listen and take advice and criticism of processes and procedures from all employees to make improvements in timely fashion. Lots of optimism about improving health technology and clinical trials. It is a start-up with the backing of a larger company, which does provide soe comfort.

Cons

A lot of manual processes and communication for contracting. Could have a better CMS.
