      -Fulfilling mission -Magical combination of being a start up and being backed by Alphabet -World class benefits: 401k, health care, education reimbursement, vacation days, shuttle program, on-site gyms -Inclusive culture, room for advancement, talented leadership team, wonderful colleagues, flexible schedule -Unlimited resources for career development

      Admittedly, the culture varies depending on the department. I can only speak from my (very positive) experience in People Opps.

      Crazy smart people, an incredible mission, purpose and strategy; some of the best colleagues I've ever worked with in my many, many years. Fabulous benefits -- actually, the best I've ever had -- with a culture led by a stellar roster of leaders in health and tech. There is definitely a get-it-done culture here, and leaders emphasize prioritizing the most business-driving work.

      Cons

      As with any startup, some roles and responsibilities can be fuzzy, but many leaders are working to make everything crisp and clear, which is making a difference.

      Collaborative and inclusive culture. Fast paced environment that also celebrates wellness and work life balance. Amazing benefits!

      After 4 years I can say that the company has made great strides in ensuring that employees receive business updates regularly.
