Vision coupled with a people focussed culture makes Verily a highly desirable place to work. They have collected an array of highly accomplished healthcare experts (including 2 ex-FDA commissioner) to help focus engineering efforts on major gaps in healthcare. Verily also takes a broad based approach to solving healthcare problems. This ranges from devices to surgical robots, from core research to develop new diagnostics to clinical trials and from building solutions for medical decision support to efficiencies in the medical payor market. Overall, a very exciting place at an exciting time in health tech/healthcare
