Pros
-The one thing that people care about most are the benefits and compensation - we get all of our parent benefits and are on par if not higher in compensation. I've realised that the company is small enough that you can actually have discussions and raise views about promotion, comp, bonus etc. and people are willing to have that conversation instead of it being a competition or something that shouldn't be spoken about. -The vision - everyone is so driven to make this company succeed, senior leadership is extremely motivated and involved, and starting to be very open about where the company is going and how we're going to get there. There's a distinct strategy in place that we're on a path to succeeding. -The people - my team itself is brilliant, it's full of like minded, intelligent individuals who are willing to help in any way. I'm employed in one of the international entities so at times it might be easy to get disconnected with time zones and things going on in the main offices in the US, but everyone makes us feel included.
Cons
Not so much a con, but if you are adverse to change, this is not the place for you. There's so much going on that things change very rapidly, there's new projects always coming up and old areas that may not be addressed for a while. There's still a strong start up culture, and that needs to come with the ability to adapt.
