Incompetent leadership. Trying to be 'neutral' that it leads to others' suffering. To rigid to change system, only prioritse bout scaling up the factory.

1. A very high-quality group of researchers and artificial intelligence. 2. Very good people and pleasant to work with. 3. Comfortable and attentive leadership for employees. 4. The salary conditions are the same as for Google employees, except for the shares (you get Verily's Company Options instead).

Cons

Receiving Varily's Company Options instead of Google's shares is, on the one hand, a source of certain uncertainty in the total compensation, and on the other hand, a higher profit potential.
