If you want to meet other people outside of your department there are groups you can join. Not a con but something to be aware of.

Verily offers so much - pay, benefits, exciting environment in an innovative company, plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Everyone I have worked with is extremely kind and smart, dedicated to the goals of the company and willing to work hard.

Cons

We're working on challenging problems and trying to move fast - not sure if that is a valid 'con' as it is part of the gig, but definitely something to be aware of -- expectations are high to be a strong contributor here.
