      Talent that had come in.

      Management --- it is beyond common sense but some folks are given responsibility to lead something that they have no experience in and are too full of themselves.

      Would give less than 1 star if I could

      Pros

      Great teammates - my coworkers are the smartest people I know.

      Cons

      Leadership is truly out of touch and openly do not give a s--t about their employees wellbeing or retention. Strategy changes day to day with open disdain between C-levels. The only hope we have is for Google to re-absorb. Don't count on promo or any kind of incentives to make you want to stay here.

      Poor leadership with no true innovation

      Pros

      Smart people (but everyone is leaving). Great work-life balance (because of constantly changing priorities), Access to the Google platform and resources (no more soon)

      Cons

      Toxic politics resulting in high leadership turnover. The company has been working on strategies for years but still without one solid product. Smart people are getting laid off while the CEO still putting on the "hiring" sign on LinkedIn. All the benefits of being an Alphabet company will be gone soon.
