Pros

The people are extremely smart and well-qualified, very good at what they do. The work is inspiring. It's a new take on science using big data and technology, which is something scientific research has been missing (i.e. Software from the 80s/90s). Gargantuan goals...let's see if they are reachable.

Cons

Still new so haven't really seen cons yet. Through the grapevine I've heard that in order to develop and move up, you need to be your own advocate - not really a con but kind of...

CEO doesn’t understand healthcare. CPO has created a toxic culture. Leadership cannot agree on a vision. Compensation has taken a huge hit.
