Really special to work somewhere with top folks from so many disciplines - life sciences, software engineering, clinical research - it is pretty incredible. Big goals - there is some really visionary stuff being pursued and the mission is honestly inspiring. Nice to be part of the Google/Alphabet family too - fun perks, cool cross company culture/opportunities. Have a lot of peers that have moved between companies over the years.

Cons

A lot of competing priorities and internal competition for prioritization. Professional growth and laddering is not always clear - career paths are not as well marked as at Google. Demanding and performance oriented work-culture can be difficult to
