      Generally positive work environment; a lot of change, especially since Alphabet separation

      Pros

      - Great work/life balance - Incredibly talented/knowledgeable colleagues - Great benefits package (although some have gone away since separation from Alphabet) - Competitive compensation

      Cons

      - Once return to work was implemented, flexibility became more limited - Extremely high employee turnover coupled with frequent layoffs - Equity package not guaranteed - Constant state of change / shifting priorities, and therefore difficult to bring projects to completion - Coming off Alphabet systems has led to system limitations / issues - Since Alphabet separation, company is operating more like a bootstrapped startup

      Company is undergoing some downsizing and product refocusing after separating from Google.
