      You get to work with amazingly talented coworkers, great benefits, impactful mission to be able to improve healthcare. I feel like my work is making a difference.

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes as the company continues to grow. The work environment is more like a start up which is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Verily offers so much - pay, benefits, exciting environment in an innovative company, plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Everyone I have worked with is extremely kind and smart, dedicated to the goals of the company and willing to work hard.

      Cons

      We're working on challenging problems and trying to move fast - not sure if that is a valid 'con' as it is part of the gig, but definitely something to be aware of -- expectations are high to be a strong contributor here.
