Cons

- Benefits can improve, especially 401k contribution and health care - Born out of Israel with the current Israeli CEO, culture could either be good or bad depending where you comes from

Good People Stuck Behind Substandard Products

Pros

Generally good people to work with. Decent benefits. Opportunities to move into different job functions.

Cons

Stagnant product, not enough innovation, all the money goes into the call center suite which leaves their voice of customer products languishing behind. Overpriced health care benefits which are twice the rate than I've had at other employers for the same coverage. Raises given as stock grants which they then take away when you leave, so don't really get a raise at all. Leadership messaging is opaque and isn't realistic. HR is completely incompetent.
