Pros

Best product on the market and some of the best people I have every had the privilege to work with.

Cons

Life work balance not that great, end up working weekend to complete time sheets and expenses. Loads of duplicated effort for employees. Main concern I have is the business is losing touch with their customers as it's all about money, and not about getting best outcome for the customer.

Pros

lower, mid level employees are sincere. working remotely is part of the culture. good benefits.

Cons

CEO was previously company's CFO. He is a poor communicator, has no strategic vision for the company. He helped the company look good for an acquisition but that is where his talents end. Executive leadership simply lacks any vision with the exception of one or two. They spend months coming up with company strategy which they never follow. Another down side is that that policy is never communicated to us workerbees who are actually doing the work. Good days for the company are behind it.
