Poor Management /Poor Product

Pros

Great employees with awesome ambition to want to see the company move forward. This is what makes Verint the company it is today. The only perks are the infrequent options to work from home, free lunches and paid days off!

Cons

Absolutely poor management choices. Entirely too many nothings floating around. No processes, no standard operating procedures. This company STILL operates like a mom & pop shop. How?! Why!?! Everyone stays in their lane. No one wants change... and continue to sign deals on paper napkins. Horrible management that brings absolutely no value to the company. Fake career framework introduced to simply quiet the staff. There are no opportunities to grow in this company unless you come from the outside... and yes, I am working my way OUT the door. Horrible management and HR.

Pros

Very friendly, non-corporate working environment. Free breakfast on a Wednesday. Tips & family outings organised. Great bosses, chilled environment. Great place to work

Cons

Got bought out by a corporate rival. It was never the same again. Many of the original staff left. The office moved to Weybridge, and was not close to any shops (previous office was Leatherhead town centre)

Pros

Relatively stable company; decent flexibility. Creates new markets and tries to be in the top tier of the market (1 - 3 spot). Leaders' humility transcends most of company operations.

Cons

Conservative, publicity shy. Prefers to fly under the radar, which is not always bad but in most cases results in sub par name recognition relative to its $1B+ size. Not aggressive in recruiting talent and possibly below average overall comp plan barring exceptions
