Ability to work from home. Good percentage of travel engagements. Good salary. Good benefits for employees even outside the US.

Cons

A lot of internal bureaucracy. Complexity for simple process. Sudden corporate mentality that affects long-term employees. Extreme difficulty to move through career oportunities within the same company, especially when moving to a different location.

Cons

Hiring Process too slow. Good people don't wait for months to get the offer. Lack of transparency inbetween the teams.
