      Pros

      Verint lets me experiment with new software and technical solutions. I work independently and can apply my creativity.

      Cons

      Culture is cliquish and subtly sexist. Management is happy to exploit hard workers and let boys in the club slide.

      Decent company, used to be better

      Pros

      Benefits are good, company, company is well organized. Company has stable revenues.

      Cons

      Company was great early on, apparently in Israel it still is. In the US it has gone downhill with constantly changing management and higher turnover.

      Collegial but lacking consistent leadership

      Pros

      Lots of smart people working in a respectful, collegial fashion to make customers happy. Strong ethics at the top - people are treated with respect - and good benefit package.

      Cons

      Confused matrix management and collegiality don't translate into clear leadership. Multiple people responsible for everything but nobody owns anything - makes it very difficult to get anything done.
