      Great Paid Time Off policy and generous additional holidays.

      Cons

      Compensation was low for my area, 401k match was also very limited. No stock options or RSUs

      Pros

      Most co-workers are very helpful and friendly. Lunch provided one day a week to the office. Great first job, if you're fresh out of college maybe.

      Cons

      Not a great training and onboarding process. Pay is lower than industry average. Workloads can be unrealistic due to not hiring enough personnel and cut backs and not making their quarter revenue projections.
