      Many changes over the years, not always for the best

      Pros

      Strong vision of the market with a good roadmap by the strategy team. Good product and market presence based in stable industries.

      Cons

      Not a lot of concerns for employees. Good starting salary, but little growth thereafter. few will defined career paths. Personnel policies are designed to the companies benefit.

      Pros

      Free lunch once a week. Salary is acceptable.

      Cons

      Terrible product training. No Team spirit. Everyone is so overworked that all they can focus on is their own queue. Employees do whatever they want. No accountability to management whatsoever. Very buggy software with no improvement in sight. I hope I'm not around for the next release. Bonus program is very sporatic.
