      Great company to work for

      Pros

      This company really has a focus on its employees with lots of training to advance your career however you want. Managers really do try and take care of you.

      Cons

      The 401k match is weak, although its other benefits were fine.

      Great product and great teammates.

      Leadership does not care about employees. Very toxic culture with no servant leadership exemplified by VPs and above.
