      A steep decline from a formerly great place to work

      Pros

      Remote work is fantastic. Really solid, smart team members who are open, happy to help, and genuinely care about co-workers and clients.

      Cons

      Poor leadership/constantly rotating cast of leaders, unwillingness to implement employee feedback, lack of transparency due to being a publicly traded company, complete ruthlessness and lack of empathy across leadership organization

      Conflicting messaging Benefits need an overhaul, not competitive with the market in offering or price Limited PTO, company closes for holiday but you must use your own PTO time
