      Okay company. New emerging technology, access to big name client.

      Cons

      Highly stressful environment. Not much opportunities for career growth. Once in a position it is hard to transition to another role, or get a promotion.

      Benefits, more casual dress, growth company, great people in the trenches

      Cons

      Too much of a boys club in management, and newer management is failing to connect with workforce. Also need more standards for work at home days - we are a high tech company doing remote business with great remote technology, but the ability to have any work at home time is different under every manager.
