      People are awesome ---LOVE the workplace culture and my team.

      Cons

      Pay never went up by much (even after obtaining a Master's degree either) and financials were reported substantially well --- and this was during the pandemic in revenue. Employees experienced a reduction in pay - this impacted horribly folks who were not top earners 20% cut as well as no bonuses, or COLA - forced some into needing public aid and other services to get by. But like other companies brass was sure to get their bonus..

      Pros

      By far the best group of people I've every worked with in the industry - smart, caring and customer and people focused.

      Cons

      As a twenty plus year old company we suffer from challenges with change. Internal processes get in the way of meeting our commitments to the customer almost on a daily basis. We need a flatter, nimble organization to take our best of breed people and technology to the next level.

      Staff is overworked and underpaid. Teams are deliberately short-staffed. Huge micromanager mentality.
