Pros
The onboarding process is exemplar. Plenty of resources, and live training classes to attend remotely (I worked from home) as well as lab environments to test and build. A high degree of trust and autonomy in performing your role, and meeting customer needs. As well as plenty of shadowing opportunities as you learn your new role. The compensation is good and within industry standards. The health insurance is excellent.
Cons
I thought the company had a high level of integrity, and that resounded positively for me. The only downside was that it can be sometimes difficult to become involved in projects if you are new. You do have to put forth effort to stay engaged with your team. And that is important so that you can be assigned to projects, book billable hours, and make bonuses.
