      Pros

      Employees background is very diversified. Many people with international background. No pressure if your first language is not English. You get opportunity to lean. Health insurance is good. There are times you must work hard, especially quarter end. But you also get time to relaxed.

      Cons

      Opportunity to get promoted is thin unless you are part of "them". Pay is Ok, but not the best. Not much fund for training.

      Verint has an excellent product line, but is spiralling downward.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, previously a good product, and some very dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Little/no room for adancement. No training. Currently the poorest communication of any company I have been associated with. Comp plans change every year and are always very late- 4 months for 2013 and still not 100%. Apprently, the company is not doing as well as we have been told over the past few years since there were little to no raises or bonus changes and no explanations. Management is in a bubble all to themselves. No avenue to raise concerns.
