      Pros

      Didn't have to work hard or long to be considered an over-achiever. Although frustratingly worthless effort, there was decent compensation.

      Cons

      The corporate bureaucracy prevents good ideas from ever coming to fruition and the company is too large and mismanaged for any one person to make a difference.

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are A players, if they stick around long enough. Decent product, one of the market leaders. Vacation time

      Cons

      Lack of communication and vision, bureaucratic nightmare, mediocrity accepted almost encouraged. The best and brightest figure it out and leave. Sweat shop in most areas on the business side, not sure about development/engineering side.
