      This company is constantly growing and evolving and you'll be sure to learn so much from working here. There are great perks at their HQ office and the workplace culture is inviting, flexible, and focused on employee well-being.

      Leadership cares and puts customer and employee needs first. Smart and talented people. Lots of opportunity to grow my career. Flexible. Transparent leadership.

      Cons

      The same as you see in other technology companies - the pace of change is great and the work demand is high but there is flexibility as well which helps offset.

      There is a great culture at Verisk. They hire smart people to work on interesting projects and technologies, across different industries. The culture feels inclusive and the people are friendly. There is a lot of growth in the business which has led to many opportunities for people to grow and develop. Leadership are articulate and clear in their communications. I'm really happy I joined Verisk!

      The Verisk enterprise has grown quickly and is formed of multiple business units. Focusing on driving further consistency in systems and processes across these business units will help us continue to succeed.
