      Terrible annual raises for field staff.

      Work from home, tools needed for the job are provided.

      Cons

      Raises are provided on an annual basis only and are getting smaller and smaller each year. It’s obvious the company does not value the hard work performed by staff. Not much motivation provided by the below average raises that are handed out now. What is going on?
